"Got there in the end"
I had a small issue with one of the desk parts, and it did take a little longer than I was hoping to get sorted. That said, support did get back to me and followed through. The replacement arrived in good condition, and everything is working fine now. It wasn’t completely seamless, but overall I’m happy enough with how it was handled.

"Arrived damaged, but they handled it quickly"
My chair showed up with a cracked piece, which was definitely frustrating. That said, Fully seemed to sort it out fast, and the replacement arrived in good shape. Overall, it wasn’t really much of a hassle in the end.

"Warranty got handled, but it felt really impersonal"
I had to reach out to fully about a warranty issue with my desk, and to be fair, they did get it sorted out in the end. But the whole process was kind of frustrating. Replies were slow, I had to follow up twice, and it never really felt like I was dealing with an actual person. I would’ve appreciated some real human contact instead of feeling like I was just waiting around in a support queue. Not awful, but definitely not as smooth as I hoped...

"Still holding up, but not quite perfect"
I’ve had it for about two years now and it still works, so that’s a plus. It does wobble a bit more than it used to, though. There’s just something about it that doesn’t feel as solid anymore, but it’s still usable

"Shockingly sturdy desk, like what?!"
I was expecting at least a little wobble when I raised it up, but nope. This thing barely moves at all. I may be overly impressed, but it feels ridiculously solid for a standing desk.

Putting it together was mostly fine, but it definitely took longer than I expected. At a couple points I felt kind of trapped halfway through, like I couldn’t stop because pieces were already everywhere, but I also wasn’t totally sure what to do next.

I bought a desk from Fully and, i was kind of pleasantly surprised by how much they seem to care about sustainability. The packaging was mostly recyclable and didn’t feel excessive, which I appreciated. I can’t say I know every detail about their materials, but it does seem like they’re trying to use better stuff instead of just the cheapest options. The desk itself feels really solid so far too. I’d probably buy from them again...

"Really nice build and finish"
I got my desk from fully i’m impressed. The materials just feel solid, like nothing about it seems cheap or flimsy. The top is smooth, no rough edges or weird spots, and the frame feels sturdy when I’m using it. The finish is clean and simple too, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve been using it every day and it still looks basically new, so... yeah, really happy with it.

"Not great for long work days"
I ordered this from fully.com feeling hopeful, since I was in a mood to finally fix my work setup and help my back a bit. Unfortunately, the comfort just hasn’t been there for me. The chair feels stiff, and the support seems to hit in the wrong places, so after a few hours I’m constantly shifting around trying to get comfortable.
Maybe it’s a better fit for someone else, but for the price, I really expected more. my old cheap chair was more comfortable for long days at my desk. I wanted to like it, but I’m disappointed

I had to reach out to Fully about my order and they did get back to me eventually, and the response was actually helpful once it came through, but it took longer than I was expecting so I spent a bit of time just waiting and wondering what was going on, which was a little frustrating, though overall it wasn’t a bad experience and I’d just say their customer service could be quicker...

I’m really grateful to have found a desk that feels this solid and looks nice in my space. It did take a little while to put together, but it wasn’t anything too frustrating. The overall quality is good, and I’m happy with it. My only small complaint is that the top seems to scratch a bit easier than I expected...

I ordered a desk and the updates were good the whole way through. The emails were clear, the tracking updated when it was supposed to, and I didn’t have to chase anyone for anything. It was just a simple, straightforward experience, which was really all I wanted.

Am I the only one who felt like support was helpful once they finally got back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected? They did solve the issue in the end, so I appreciate that, but the wait was kind of frustrating.

thought getting my refund would be some annoying circus, but nope. It came through really fast and I didn’t have to deal with any of that usual nonsense. Painless, which was a nice surprise.
